This notice explains what Ellis Tech LLC ("Ellis Tech", "we") collects through ellisaitech.com and how it is used.

What we collect

Intake answers. When you start an AI Workflow Audit you tell us your name, email, company, role, team size, industry, the software and AI tools you use, and a description of the workflow and problem you want examined. Please don't include confidential client information.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the name and email on the payment. We never see or store card details.

Campaign and usage data. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (for example utm_source), we store those parameters in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. We keep a random, anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage so we can see how visitors move through the site; it contains nothing about you. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views and site events without cookies. None of these include your name, email, or form answers.

How we use it

To prepare for and deliver your audit, and to contact you about it.
To understand which problems firms bring to us and which services are useful, so we can improve and develop our services and products. When we analyze patterns across engagements, we use aggregated or de-identified information. We don't publish anything that identifies you or your firm without your written permission.
To keep records required for tax and accounting.

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who processes it for us

Supabase: stores intake and engagement records.
Stripe: processes payments.
Resend: sends transactional email.
Vercel: hosts the site and provides analytics.
Scheduling provider: if you book a session online, the booking tool receives your name and email.

Retention

We keep intake and engagement records for as long as they're useful for the purposes above, and for at least as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

Email rob@ellisaitech.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. You can clear the cookie and local storage in your browser at any time.
